NEW FORM PEOPLES! I thought that the one we had was a little dull. I will try to work up the courage to fill out these forms for my charries as an example, but you don't have to change your already accepted applications. this isn't too hard. copy the form and post in a new thread. wait to be accepted before you post IC.
